I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, especially if you're traveling by train and want to visit the V&A gallery. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who were accommodating in every way. The dining experience was good, especially if you like continental, though there were a few hiccups. The rooms were very nice, with a lovely shower overlooking the waters and perfect for wheelchair accessibility.
